Well like most of you do, i just wait for the weekends. Though i love my job, but sometimes stress is just unavoidable .... Stress is the start of all illnesses. Hence we need to find ways to minimize stress for our own good !!
Stress is one of the greatest enemy of the mind. Many of you might know that the mind is very powerful , however it gets weaken by the distraction and emotional conditions of the environment. Hence to prevent stress we need to strengthen the mind. The only way to strengthen the mind is to occupy it in something calm. The process of strengthening the mind with a calm environment is called meditation. Many of you would stop reading from this point on coz you feel meditation is hard to do. Well in truth, it is not. I ll make this simple for you to understand.
There is two easy ways to meditate; one, focus on an object constantly for a long period of time and two, keep silent without a thought for at least five minutes daily. If i were you i ll go with the second one coz how hard is it to daily keep silent without a thought :). If your going to start meditation my way, make sure you sit on the floor on a small mat and never meditate on the bed.
Meditation does not belong to any religion, It belongs to the soul ..... hence it belongs to you , let me know if you find better ways to avoid from stress ??

Very true,meditation helps to reduce stress level..Well, i dont think that there is a specific and perfect method for meditation..just want to share my personal experience..we can start of with constant repitation of a word or a mantra ; trough visualization of our favourite picture ..best is too concentrate on ur favourite deity ; or just to concentrate on our breating (the buddist way)..all this will help us to stabilize our mind to a single thought..and the most important thing is if u wish to ask something from god do it before ur meditation means while you are praying.. when ur meditating its best to be silent and thoughtless coz thats the only time GOD can speak to u..to answer ur questions..its our nature that we spend hours talking and asking GOD for what we want..but we never gave GOD the CHANCE to talk to us =)... heheheh...
well again , i think every1 will experience diff things or diff kind feelings wile they are in meditation.. but if we do it i right way..the end result is the same..it relaxes both ur physical body and soul.. -eternal bliss-
but for those who feel that meditation is too difficult they can try..listening to soothing musics or intrumental notes..if that doesnt work..the best is to sleep coz ur probably too tired even to play the music on ur mp3..hehehe..
