Galz night out is becoming a popular trend among teens and middle age women. Well its good to know that finally the ladies are given the freedom to enjoy life as they choose. However, is this freedom a curse in disguise !!! Well lets analyze ???
According to stats, the annual alcohol consumption had increase tremendously among teen and middle age women since the year 2005. Though the annual alcohol consumption of men is more then the women, the stats show that men had maintain a rather static incremental graph. Is the increment of women drinking alcohol worrying ??
Well a study proofs that women achieve higher concentrations of alcohol in the blood and become more impaired than men after drinking equivalent amounts of alcohol. The over exposure of women to alcohol just invites critical illnesses such as cancer. The cancer foundation stats illustrates that there is an 8.8 % chance of women getting breast cancer. This percentage increases to 9.3% in a moderate alcohol women consumer and further increases to 10.1 % in a heavy alcohol women consumer. SO WHAT NOW ??
Well its unfair to restrict anyone from enjoying themselves. Hence in my opinion, the women should still be given their night out, as they deserve this time for themselves.However, they should carefully think before touching the glass. Its not wrong to drink alcohol but just don't binge !!!
I wrote this post not to hurt anyones feelings . My mom died from breast cancer and i thought my women blog readers should know of the risk their taking when it comes to alcohol.
