i beg to differ on #7, i have wasted air asia food, muahahaha
and one thing i dont like abt the system is...the unorderliness of getting into the aircraft...it's like survival of the fittest, all the pushing and shoving. like, u have a ticket, u'll get on it la, dont worry. and the way they "book" seats, placing odd stuff on rows and give u that menacing stare when u try to sit there....too vicious for me la, gimme MAS anyday =P
Well Airasia is airline of the year 2007, there are room for improvement but the public must play its part :)
